Creation of drinks based on recipes from different regions of Ukraine has been my passion for a long time. Gradually I began to introduce others to them. The process went well, people liked it. Later, inquiries started coming in from abroad, so I started working with beverage exports. This is a difficult, but exiting path. Seeing how the work of a small team of people is appreciated by consumers all over Europe is very inspiring and motivating.

Usually, a self-created, craft product, made with soul and an interesting idea, is highly valued worldwide. We tried to implement this concept – and immediately found our audience.

The production of craft beverages in Ukraine is at its beginning stage: the appropriate legislative framework and regulations are created, and producers begin to think about building their own small family distilleries, like in Scotland or Germany. However, there are already those who confidently take this path and produce products of excellent quality. It was with such a manufacturer in Transcarpathia that we agreed on cooperation. The quality of the drink is excellent, and its “rest” for 45 days makes it possible to reveal additional fruity notes in the aroma.

At CHORNOBYL RAY we believe that soon the authentic drinks of Polissia will become widely known far beyond the borders of this unique region. And we will continue to surprise the world with new ideas and tastes.
